Your game stays on your device
Completed levels and game preferences are stored locally. You do not need an account. We do not operate a gameplay account database or cloud-sync service. Playing the puzzles does not require internet, but advertisements do.
Reset progress in Settings clears completed-level records and keeps preferences. Deleting the app removes its local data; operating-system backups may retain copies. We cannot restore or erase device-local progress remotely.
Advertising and Google services
The app integrates Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Google may process your IP address (including approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash and performance information to deliver and measure ads, improve services and prevent fraud. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing.
Menu banners and optional rewarded ads support the game. Ad availability depends on your connection, region and consent choices. The app checks consent status before requesting ads and presents applicable available privacy messages. Store builds use production ad units; development builds use test units.

Your choices
Where available, open Settings → Ad privacy choices to review or change advertising consent. On iOS, the app requests tracking authorization before loading production ads when applicable. You can manage that permission in iOS Settings. Declining does not prevent puzzle play. The game does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.
When you contact us
Emailing support shares your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send with us and the email services handling the message. We use this information to respond to your request and investigate reported problems. Please share only information relevant to your question. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the same address.
This website
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Requests may expose technical data such as your IP address, browser information and requested URL to Cloudflare for delivery and security. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, account registration or contact forms to this website. Fonts and images are served from this site.
Retention, services and your rights
Local game data remains until you reset or remove it, subject to device backup behavior. Support correspondence may remain in our email system; contact us with a deletion request. Google and Cloudflare apply their own retention practices to information they process. Their services may process data outside your country. Resetting the game does not erase data held by these providers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a concern with a privacy authority. Contact us about information we hold, or use the relevant provider's privacy controls for its information. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
General audience
Foxluma is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review the request. App-store age ratings are shown on the applicable store listing when released.
